A Day with Gail

Gail Anderson... designer, writer, teacher and hoarder. As former creative director of Rolling Stone magazine and Spotco, one of the leading advertising agencies in the entertainment industry, Gail directed a group of 26 graphic designers as they worked together to brainstorm, concept and design theater posters for the play Third, by Wendy Wasserstein. Third tells the story of college professor Laurie Jameson, whose seemingly well-ordered life as wife, mother and daughter is thrown into disarray when she accuses a student, an outwardly stereotypical jock nicknamed ‘Third,’ of plagiarism.

The day was rewarding for us all. Hey, it isn't every day that we get to work with an AIGA medalist!
