Under the art direction of Bjorn Ewers of ad agency Scholz and Friends Berlin, photographers Mierswa & Kluska used a macro lens to shoot inside the instruments. Suddenly, a pipe organ becomes a gleaming cathedral and a violin, a vast empty theatre.
Forcing the point of view to an extreme, but effective solution, these beautiful images give us a whole new way to appreciate music.
